[wp_ad_camp_2] At only the age of 17, Danny Avila has become one of the hottest acts in the world of EDM. From winning the ‘Best Newcomer DJ’ at the prestigious 2011 Vicious Music Awards at just 16, through an incredible 2012 Ibiza season that caught the attention of everyone including Tiësto and dance bible DJ Mag where he became the youngest ever Covermount CD artist, to the announcement of his residency as the youngest ever prime-time DJ on US broadcasting behemoth SiriusXM, Avila is the name on everyone’s lips – and rightly so. Describe an average day in the life of Danny Avila. It really depends. Lately I spend so much time on the road. I'm playing in the States pretty much every weekend which of course is amazing but also takes me away from home a lot more than I was used

[wp_ad_camp_2] This year you pleasantly surprised a lot of people with your Richard Durand VS The World concept. With this concept you give out the stems of your music for people from around to work on. How did you enjoy all the entries so far and did you notice any differences in approach when you listened to various entries from different continents? True differences related to the continents entries came from were absent in my opinion, but it is a pleasure to listen to them. Because whether they are good or not too great, they all surprise. And the collaborations I had and that are still on the schedule are great. You learn from each other; everyone has their own way of working which can be very inspiring. The covers for the Richard Durand VS The World releases feature yourse...
[wp_ad_camp_2] photo (c) Megan Thompson What does RAGE mean to you? First of all, we want to thank all of our fans. Rage means partying hard with no regrets, saying yolo like a fool without dying. That's right, back up fools. Do you try to incorporate other styles of dance music in your electro house productions? Depending on each individual track/remix project, our inspiration may stem from an experience or from another style of dance music. We made sure we were in a good mood, in a good environment, and had plenty of refreshments & distractions. Here's a studio session starter kit for an album: (1) pack of cigarettes of choice...

[wp_ad_camp_2] Hi Artento, first off: thanks for joining Hammarica.com with this interview! Thanks for this interview, always a fun thing to do. You just released your new banger Elevation on Marco V's In Charge label. It has quite a gritty bassline combined with a catchy melody. How did this production come to life? Yes that is true. The production happened through a Skype conversation when I was waiting for my flight at the airport of Warsaw, Poland. Damian sent me a track with this melody, which I instantly loved. I was not too keen on the beats and build up, so we met on Skype and agreed on making new beats and a renewed drop and presto, Elevation was born. If you could give one production tip insight to new producers out there, what would that be? Just make the kin
