[wp_ad_camp_2] [wp_ad_camp_1] "Whenever you’re dealing with a lot of electronics, you’re always at the mercy of the computer and the possibility of it going haywire" 'PACIFIC' the new album by ALIFIC invites the listener to an upbeat journey of reflective, sentimental chill sounds. Very different from some of the mainstage EDM acts, he ignores the trends to offer something from deep within. Whether discovering the album on a lazy Sunday beach afternoon, or experiencing the unique sounds during yoga sessions, Pacific eases the mind with flair. Check out the interview we did with him below. Have you ever felt scared while playing an event? Truth be told, I am always scared when playing a live set/event where I am incorporating DJ elements like laptops and samplers beca

International artists Danny Q Parker (Hamburg) and Kula Borelly (Toronto) had longtime plans for a collaboration and finally moved on the idea Spring 2015. Kula- Sometimes when I least expect it, it comes to me like in a dream. I'm sure many producers have had the similar situation laying in bed at night and a tune just comes to you, that's when I get my ass out of bed and get behind the desk and start to create. basically, the thought of creating something in my head,

The response is great so a great time to sit down with her for some interview questions.. Where does your artist name come from? Tzipporah means singing bird in Hebrew, and my grandmother was always singing to me. She inspired me to sing and I took that name, singing bird, and I made Seapora out of it. Seapora combines sea and pora. I am a Pisces and the sea inspires me to write music and pora comes from the word porous, which represents my open and reflective nature. Seapora also relates to how I would like my fans to receive my music, as I hope it “seaps” deep into their “pores.” What gives you the inspiration
[wp_ad_camp_2] Post by Hammarica. RANZH DEBUTS ON HAMMARICA! [wp_ad_camp_1] RANZH is a brand new artist on the Hammarica label. His debut 'GO!' is a hard hitting, but melodic big room house anthem. Made for addiction and delivered to satisfy. Before reaching the solid-produced, professional sound that GO! offers, Ranzh would use household items to make a drum set (laundry basket, hangers, books, pencils). He'd set it up in his room and play whenever he had the chance. (And when the neighbors were away). So we wanted to know a bit more about him: Which is the brand of headphones you trust? And is there a specific model you really like? I love AKG headphones. They are good-looking, good-sounding headphones that are perfect for DJing of studio work. I currently have the AK

I’ve been working for several labels in the past, and I’ve acquired so much experience and learned a lot with them. HIGH TIME FOR A CHAT WITH RICO FROM PARIS Describe the wildest night from your career. I got kicked out years ago from the club where I was headlining in Paris. When you’re in your 20’s sometimes you act before you think, so I was having a smoke on the dancefloor instead of backstage…when I told the doorman I was playing next, he let me back in. Are bigger crowds better than smaller crowds? I’ve been thinking a lot about this…I think smaller crowds are better, I’ve played before a sea of tens of thousands of people at the Techno Parade in Paris, and it was great, but not the best. When travelling to Australia someone told me abo
[wp_ad_camp_2] Post by Kyau & Albert. [wp_ad_camp_1] KYAU & ALBERT ARE ABOUT TO RELEASE THEIR NEW ALBUM DISTANT LIGHTS. WE HAD A CHAT WITH THEM Your new album is called “Distant Lights”. How did you come up with the title? Ralph: As always we both had a list of ideas for an album title. On our last 3 albums we never used an album song name as album title, like some artist do. We prefer when the album name stands for itself. So for our fourth album we finally decided to take “Distant Lights”, because for some reason, to me it gives a meaning of hope, like the light at the end of the tunnel. Steven: Yes, it holds a pleasant, comforting sense of optimism. Exactly like the album sounds when listening to all tracks. What is your personal favorite track from the album
