ID&T had been promoting events for about a decade. They began the company with a set of raves under the Thunderdome moniker which focused on the hardcore house- or so called Gabber scene. Towards the end of the nineties, dance music fans became a bit more mellow and therefore a concept called Innercity was launched. It was a highly successful event which ultimately ignited Tiesto's international DJ career.
