ADDICTED SOUL is a high energy Big Room stormer featuring a catchy vocal arrangement. The original mix will make EDM festival stages go wild, whereas the BASSROCK REMIX take things on the house tip. The vocals combined with slick melody make this a must have. Miss Passion was born in Istanbul/Turkey as Ece Ekren when she was studying as a computer engineering at the age of 18, she started her career – not as a DJ, but as a model.During this time she discovered her passion for music which eventually led her become a DJ as well. Then she has been improving her skills on a daily ba
[wp_ad_camp_2] DeadMau5 “Album title goes here” I felt like I had been waiting forever for the new DeadMau5 to come out. Finally this Tuesday it was in stores and available on iTunes. I downloaded it immediately, got out my notepad, started listening and taking notes. [wp_ad_camp_1] As a whole the new ATGH (“Album Title Goes Here”) is classic DeadMau5 at its best. Hypnotic melodies and addictive dance beats that make it impossible to not move in your seat. The tracks I thought best displayed this classic DeadMau5 house-style that made Joel famous and that we’ve grown to love were “Maths”, which was also the first single off the cd, and “The Veldt” feat. Chris James. Chris has a beautiful voice and the lyrics are catchy and fun to sing along with. Oddly enough, I dare to say th
[wp_ad_camp_2] Antonio Giacca has been storming the progressive house scene with dancefloor peak time material such as Party Monster, Inflexions and most recently Majestic and some of these had great music videos as well. Antonio's music is always filled with lots of melody, great builds and high energy sounds. With support from top DJs ranging from Gareth Emery to Morgan Page, EDX, Chris Reece, Gina Star, Above & Beyond, Cedric Gervais, Kyau and Albert and many more, we had to reach out to him for an exclusive interview with us. You are originally from Rome and have lived in many different countries. Would you say each country has a unique dance music scene, or is it really a global phenomenon? If there are differences, how would you point those out? Although the more mains...
[wp_ad_camp_2] [wp_ad_camp_1] Stephen J. Kroos brings us “My MusiQ: Part One” and “My MusiQ : Part Two” showing the world that classic progressive house isn’t dead, and not only that but its still growing and ever changing just like the rest of the EDM genres. Both these albums have an old school house and trancey feel fused with with a spacey – galatic sounding melodic dub/glitch influence and a touch of 80’s disco-pop to finish off the “MusiQ” recipe. Stephen makes what I like to call “pretty beats;” a very melodic – beautiful sounding trance-ish track that just sounds down right, well, pretty. You can get lost in both these albums and in my opinion there’s really not one “bad” song on either Part one or Part two. And in fact I think it sounds best when played exactly how it’s
[wp_ad_camp_2] The world of deadmau5—the world-renowned electronic artist—is always fast and furious. He recently overhauled his studio in hisTorontohometown and following his full-scaleEuropean tour this past spring, he locked himself in and went on a creative spree to finish > album title goes here <, his new album due out September 25 (Ultra Music). [wp_ad_camp_1] Following his performance with the Foo Fighters at the Grammy Awards earlier this year showcasing his stellar remix of the group’s “Rope,” deadmau5 continues his collaborations in the rock world by enlisting the vocal talents of Gerard Way, lead singer of My Chemical Romance for his new single “Professional Griefers.” Out on August 14 on Ultra Music in North America, the single sits on the tougher end of deadmau5’
[wp_ad_camp_2] [wp_ad_camp_1] The very well known German DJ & producer duo KYAU & ALBERT from Germany have just released their new vocal single "Another Time". The track got already the plays by the known radio shows and djs and furthermore "Another Time" made it to the Beatport genre top 10! Kyau & Albert are unique as they are one of the few duos out there who are responsible for their own vocals, unlike many other producers who mainly rely on guest vocalists. In that sense they act like a true band. In the past they did tour with a rig of instruments. Yet. nowadays they are happy to fly all over the world for their loved DJ sets. Check out the brand new video here! Connect: http://www.kyauandalbert.com [wp_ad_camp_5] [wp_ad_camp_4]
[wp_ad_camp_2] [wp_ad_camp_1] Nianaro makes his full debut on Neuroscience Recordings. His previous releases have been on labels such as Nukleuz and Echelon, with support from DJs including Aly & Fila and M.I.K.E. We hope you agree, that he has a sound that fits right in here at Neuroscience! In the original mix of 'Exhalation' you can certainly hear where Nianaro draws his influences from. The track has a great tech-edged sound, and will work well in clubs. However, it also features some gorgeous balearic-esque melodies, giving a great sense of emotion. Gor and Oceanic make a welcomed return to the label, this time on remix duties for 'Exhalation'. Both producers have done an excellent job, completing what is a superb release package. Great work all round! [wp_ad_ca...
[wp_ad_camp_2] [wp_ad_camp_1] By Damen Smith-Draeko -- Writing for Hammarica.com has its benefits. One of them is the opportunity to communicate with astoundingly talented and inspired people who have demonstrated a consistent drive to follow through on their passion to achieve their dreams, no matter what the odds. One such talented and inspired (inspiring) person, is the progressive and tech house maven, Darin Epsilon. Hello, Darin. To say that you are an impressive figure would be an understatement. I am not going to reinvent the wheel and write another outstanding bio about you. Your fans and our readers can read your bio here: http://www.beatport.com/artist/darin-epsilon/31025. I want to go between those lines a bit and ask some questions a bit more off the cuff. Plea

From that album’s day of release though, Markus Schulz had already begun imagining and conceiving the sound designs that would make up his next long-playing excursion. Now - comprising a 19-track packed collection of ear catching, floor quenching, super-seismic audio - that ‘Dream’ is about to turn into a ‘Scream’! “When you’re in the studio, deep in production mode on an album, the mind’s eye is forever picturing the reactions that tracks, and particular moments in tracks are going to generate”, says Ma

Andrew is definitely off to a great start, with DJ support from Ferry Corsten, Richard Durand and Pedro Del Mar. We think you'll agree, he has a great sound, and a bright future ahead of him. Andrew StetS has done a great job on 'Vancouver Nights' and has superb, modern-sounding, progressive track. Filled with great melodic elements, the track also draws influence from the 'new trance' scene, and producers like Mat Zo and Arty. Big stuff! We have three massive remixes of 'Vancouver' to accompany the original. Each giving something different, and adding their own twist, are Matt Fax, Sesnsetive5 and Mizar B. Each remix compliments t

ARTY is one of the few celebrated producers chosen to contribute along with Armin Van Buuren, A-Trak, Monsta and Deniz Koyu. Keeping in line with the original cut, ARTY adds his world-renowned production skills to the track and shows exactly why the young Russian producer is deemed one of the most original and exciting talents on the scene today. ARTY’s “Spectrum” remix busts with huge sweeping pads and rushing synth sections that sweep up the senses. Also available now from ARTY are his single for Anjunabeats “Open Space” and his collaboration with Paul van

In a relatively short period of time, their consistent output of quality progressive gems have rocketed them from playing small local venues to the biggest clubs in Lithuania. Having already signed to respected labels such as Last Night on Earth, 1605, Stripped, and Mirabilis, the duo move one step closer to superstardom with the Atlantic EP. Their latest concoction is a real treat for the clubbing gourmand. Whether you're into the sugary-sweet melodies of Atlantic, the spiced up rhythms of Polar, or the rich low end of Reflection, your appetite is guaranteed to be satisfied. Who knows, yo...

[wp_ad_camp_2] Kris O'Neil from Denmark has been rising the ranks consistently the past few years. Lately he has been surprising us with one quality release after another. They range from 'From Canada With Love' with Kiholm, 'No Porn Intended' with JPL and the recently released In Trance In Trust 019 for which he got the honors. [wp_ad_camp_1] Obviously these are all great achievements. We were delighted to hear the new remix Kris has done for Marco V's GOHF. For people who have been following EDM since its inception, GOHF borrows its name from the sample that was used. 'I Am The God Of Hellfire' is a quote we have heard in early releases of acts such as The Prodigy and Sequentical and was put to great use in this new release. Whereas the original mix by Marco V had strong electro influ

He's recently been supported by the legendary Nick Warren, as well as having a track signed to Nick's Hope label. Remember where you heard him first, and remember the name David Calo. This EP certainly shows the talent and vesatility of David. It features the techno track 'Slowly', which has a great groove and also dips it's toe in to melodic territory. On the flip-side you have 'Reser', which is a slick deep house track. Both tracks compliment eachother well on the EP, and have a progressive undertone, making them vertile enough for most DJs sets. Connect: http://www.axonrecordings.com [wp_a...
