Initially collaborating with his brother Bart as Subsphere, he released tracks on Green Martian and A State of Trance before going solo in 2005. Known for his prolific output and DJ skills, he joined Spinnin’s sublabel 2Play in 2006, releasing 20 tracks over three years. His 2008 debut album Pictures, featuring hits like “Ocean Drive Boulevard,” earned him spots on DJMag’s Top 100 DJs list in 2008 and 2009. In 2010, Bolier released Phantasma, blending big-room anthems with experimental sounds, supported by Tiësto and Armin van Buuren and featured on compilations like In Search of Sunrise 4 and A State of Tran
